It's fantastic that you're interested in becoming part of our volunteer team! We are excited and can't wait to create something absolutely FABulous together! FAB25 will take place from July 4th to 11th, 2025 in Brno and Prague. Specifically, the program will be in Brno from July 4th to 7th and in Prague from July 7th to 11th. Join us and be a part of this amazing event!

What conditions do you have to fulfill?

You have to:

Be at least 15 years old.
Be able to communicate in English.
Complete the required number of shifts so you can attend selected talks or workshops.
Arrange your own accommodation in Brno or Prague.

What can you help us with?

Mainly the production team will need every available hand!

Workshop assistant - assistance with workshops, distribution and preparation of materials, preparations of workshops, possible minor technical repairs
Community assistant - registrations, info points, coordination of visitors in conference halls, workshop registrations…
Maker Train guide - coordination of visitors at the train station in Brno and Prague, coordinations of passengers on the train, volunteers ensure that the journey from Brno to Prague runs smoothly…
Marketing support - assistance to the marketing team, helping with sorting and uploading photos, photography…
Runners - assistance with production, runners act as a link for the production team and help wherever needed
Location assistant - coordinators of visitors in the conference areas, guest list checking…
Logistics assistant - assistance with production, material storage, assistance in warehouses, storage...

By becoming a volunteer at FAB 2025, you will gain:
