Janacek Theatre in Brno is a modern opera house and home to the National Theatre Brno. Opened in 1965, it is named after the famous Czech composer Leoš Janáček. The venue hosts opera, ballet, and other performances, featuring excellent acoustics and a spacious auditorium. Located in the city center, it blends functionalist architecture with artistic tradition. It's located near a cosy park and a unique fountain.

Masaryk University (MUNI), one of the most prestigious and largest universities in the Czech Republic with a strong focus on humanities and social sciences. The campus of The Faculty of Arts offers the perfect setting for the afternoon workshops program. Its modern layout includes a variety of rooms in different sizes, ensuring flexibility for diverse workshop formats. The cosy courtyard provides a welcoming space for informal discussions and networking.

FabLab Brno Truck is a unique, mobile, extendable trailer that brings digital fabrication tools directly to communities, schools, and events. Fully equipped with standard FabLab machines, it has been on the road for over six years, reaching tens of thousands of students.

Fléda Music Club is one of Brno’s most iconic venues, known for its vibrant atmosphere and cutting-edge music scene. Originally a cabaret theatre in the early 20th century, it has evolved into a dynamic space hosting concerts, electronic music events, and alternative performances.

The Krizik Pavilions are a set of recently renovated exhibition halls with a rich history and a fresh, modern vibe. Located at Prague’s Exhibition Grounds, they include two large and two smaller halls, all just steps apart. These iconic spaces have hosted major international exhibitions – and in recent years, the Prague Maker Faire. For FAB25, the pavilions will be custom-shaped into vibrant zones for hands-on workshops, a big FabLab, a partner area, and the unique Prusa pavilion. Surrounded by greenery, all Prague venues will connect into one open-air, festival-style celebration of making.
NEW SPIRAL THEATRE

The New Spiral Theatre in Prague is a one-of-a-kind venue that turns every visit into a full-sensory experience. Its main circular hall features a rotating, vertically movable stage – 17 meters in diameter – surrounded by 360° seating. The unique layout creates an intimate connection between performers and audience, with perfect views from every seat. Visitors are drawn into the magic even before the show begins, walking past stage sets and catching glimpses of backstage life. The theatre is located just a few steps from the Křižík Pavilions, making it an ideal part of the FAB25 experience.

The outdoor area is designed as a cosy, festival-style space where you can feel at home. Whether you're in the mood to chill in the shade, get hands-on and active, co-work with others, or just grab some food and listen to talks – you'll find the right spot. It’s all about comfort, creativity, and good vibes in the open air. It will be protected in case it rains.
